Located in southeast Sioux Falls at 69th and Southeastern Ave, the 40,300 sq. ft. multi-tenant building will be shared by GreatLIFE Malaska Golf & Fitness Club, Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital, Orthopedic Institute (OI), D1 – a Nashville-based business that operates more than two dozen athletic training facilities nationwide, and Sioux Falls Storm. In addition to the inside space, the new facility offers 900 sq. ft. of covered outdoor workout space that will be open seasonally.
